Your First Visit
When you arrive, our team will welcome you and guide you through the next steps. Your first visit is designed to give you a clear understanding of your health and create a personalized plan for your care.
- Consultation: Your visit begins with a one-on-one consultation with Dr. Nelson to discuss your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, and goals for care.
- Chiropractic Examination: Dr. Nelson will perform a comprehensive examination to evaluate your posture, movement, mobility, and areas of concern.
- Digital Scans, If Needed: When appropriate, digital scans may be performed to provide additional information and help Dr. Nelson better understand your individual needs.
- Adjustment & Therapies: If appropriate, you will receive your first chiropractic adjustment during your initial visit. Depending on your needs, additional therapies may be incorporated, including traction, electrical muscle stimulation, soft-tissue techniques, or rehabilitative exercises.
Your Next Visit
At your second visit, Dr. Nelson will review her findings with you, explain what she has identified, answer any questions you may have, and discuss her recommendations for your individualized care plan. This gives you the opportunity to fully understand your care and what to expect moving forward.
